Apartments always require a place to store things, so we don’t lack that here either. In the basement you will find a cubicle with a comfortable size of 4.6 m2. The only beauty flaw for us is that the apartment does not have a balcony. But to a certain extent, it replaces the pleasant-looking small alcove in the corner of the living room, from which the view from the apartment probably has the greatest charm. You can find the apartment in a beautiful corner building at Lumírova 445/5 in Prague 2 Nuslích, and you can walk from it to Vyšehrad or to the Lumirový sady, which are really within reach. In addition, you are a short distance from the Vltava River, so in periods when the trees are not covered with greenery, you can also see Prague Castle. A short distance from the apartment there is a railway and an underpass that will take you to the Ostrčilovo náměstí stop in no time.

HOUSE STRUCTURE:
The house on the corner of Lumírova and Slavojova streets dates from the 1920s. It is a house with five above-ground floors and one underground floor. It is a brick structure and underwent a total renovation in 2015, when the roof, facade, elevators, and apartments were renovated. The owner of the house took it nicely from the ground up to its present form. The reconstruction was completed in 2015 and the apartments were sold to individual owners.

FEES FOR SERVICES
The apartment is heated by a gas boiler, which is located in the toilet room. The boiler heats hot water and the apartment is heated by radiators placed under the windows. The house is managed by a private company that takes care of the settlement of fees. These include the repair fund, common area electricity, waste disposal, insurance and house management, cold water, cleaning and lift. According to the registration sheet, all this costs CZK 2,616 per person, just over 3,000 for 2 people. The client pays for the remaining electricity and gas according to their consumption.

EQUIPMENT OF THE APARTMENT
The kitchen will remain in the apartment incl. appliances (fridge, dishwasher, stove, hood). A gas boiler for heating and water heating is a matter of course. In the bathroom you will also find a washing machine, which is included in the sale. The furniture will then be up to you.
